5. Payment of Gratuity Act ,1972
6. Employees' Provident Funds & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952
7. Employees's State Insurance Act, 1948
8. Workmens' Compensation Act , 1923 and Fatal Accident Act 1885
9. Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act,1970
10. The Maternity Benefit Act, 1961
11. Local Municipal / Corporatrion Building Rules , if any
12. National Festivals & Holidays Act , if applicable.
13. House Rent Allowance Act , if applicable for State
14. Labour Welfare Fund Act , If applicable for the State.
15. Pollution Control Board Act & State Rules , for Consent to Established and Consent to Operate.
