One of our employees who had retired on 26.03.2019 at the age of 58 after completing 10 years and 4 months of service. Today, I tried to submit his Form-19 for the withdrawal of the PF amount and Form-10D for Monthly pension. I successfully submitted Form-19, but surprisingly, at the time of submitting Form-10D, there is an error showing "E03: Date of Exit against current employment is not available", even though I had submitted his exit date properly and it was approved from our end. I am not understanding the issue. Please guide me.
