Dear Gawar kar,
What is your question? What exactly are you trying to know? To arrive at a percentage, you require 2 independent figures.
If you are giving 1 day leave per month, then it is 3.85%, i.e., 1/26 of the daily wages.
If you are giving 1.5 days leave per month, then it is 5.77%, i.e., 1.5/26 of the daily wages.
