With this valuable experience, I have transitioned into the field of training and development in HR. Currently, I am also pursuing an MBA from XLRI via satellite.
I am seeking appropriate guidance to excel in this new career path and assistance in achieving significant career growth. I would greatly appreciate any guidance on the common designations used in the training and development sector. I have been tasked with defining my Key Result Areas (KRA) and my designation, as this is a newly established unit within the company for which I hold sole responsibility for execution.

It's great to see your passion for training. I am also trying hard to get into training, but it's taking time. Since I have 4 years of operational experience and have never been in hardcore training, it doesn't seem easy for me to get into training. Although I have conducted some sessions on Customer Service, Soft Skills, etc.
Can you please suggest how I should go about it? I tried in my current organization as well, but that doesn't seem to be working. I was thinking of assisting some trainers to gain exposure. Kindly suggest, as I also want to gain professional expertise in training.
