Hi,
You can incorporate rewards as a part of your retention strategy. I work in an automotive industry and the kind of awards we offer are best of employee of the month, Red carpet winner (best new joinee), some quarterly awards for best team on the floor etc...
I hope these awards provide a baseline to you.

Hi All,
Generally employee gets piched off from their regular work R & R is a tool of diverting their mind bit for changing their mindset towards organisation.
Now if we all will use our own intectual process that as per our comapny or industry, which facilities could make employees more happy. like in BPO enviourment emplolyees might like Movie tickest, pizza coupens, food coupen and all. but in service manufacturin units employees would be looking for things could benfits to them.
