Gratuity Amendment Bill, 2010
The Bill was approved by the Parliament, raising the Gratuity ceiling from 3.5 Lakhs to 10 Lakhs. Kindly inform if the Orders have been issued by the Govt. to implement this decision as applicable to the concerned Institutions, including Educational Institutions.
