Hello Rolly,
Special ranks are based on special or long term contributions, relationship with network and popularity among members for serious contribution to the knowledgebase. Some of the higher ranks are also given on nomination from senior members. Like for example if Rajat [Cite Knight] or Leo [Cite Supremo] nominates someone for a rank that will be considered.
Warm regards,
CHR

Hi CHR
This is really great. It is a kind of boosting to members like us.
thank you so much.
At the same time i just wondered because no people are willing to share their views on Representing Indian parliament to create a lobby for HR community.
Why this is so?I think we should do this. There are forums for Finance at higher level but there is no forum for us to lobby on Labour laws/ policies etc.,,
I am expecting our members answer in this.
