Dear All,

Now I am a bit confused with all your replies. I request you, if one goes for any specialization in HR, then what will be the best to choose these days? Also, I want to do a distance learning type of course or any diploma.

As far as my interest goes, I told you all that my main interest is in training & development, but my choice or interest is not limited to this only. I want to excel in this field, so please help me decide the best program or specialization I should go for.

Regards,
Shivani Grover

Even I completely agree with Johnneb. There won't be any point in studying more right now as what matters most is your experience. I am saying this from my personal experience. You can do a job and pursue a correspondence course in any subject you like.
