Merely having professional degree in Law dose not serve the purpose. Practicing advocates only can defend the cases. Only use of engaging law graduates in this profession is they know the procedures being followed by judiciaries.
Hiring Labour Law practitioners is the easiest way out in today's context.
There may be different opinions, however, only Real Estate related people need actual professionals in Law as it involves lot many complications.

We don't agree....that only practicing lawyer can defend cases.
we are talking of HR professionals in HR. His job includes supporting the advocate on record for the company/organisation.
secondly....why only real estate has complication....every industry has its own set of complications.
Lastly.....the purpose is to make get all law graduate TOGETHER AND THEREBY PARTCIPATION, SHARING .
anyways thanks for your comments
