I request to clarify the following dobuts to understand the Apprenticeship act with better clarity and complied 100%
a.How long a apprentice can work continously with out week off
It is possible to give week off either one day of the week not considering form XI, in that case followed 48hr / week but his continuous working day may cross more than 6 to 13 days.
(Hope As per act an employee can work continuously 10days with out week off- Can we ignored to apprentice )
b. What is the rule for week off for apprentice
c. Is company can engage Company trainees more than apprentice ship approved numbers
d. Apprentice can be engaged directly in production
e. Apprentice can be engaged in night shift
f.Apprentice ship - What is the training plan to be followed as per the board rule
g. Apprentice ship can be extended for one more month then can be discontinued
f. What is the important apprentice ship requirements but that might be difficult to employer to be followed .
