Abhay If you hijack a thread by putting your queries not related to the thread, then mostly it remains unanswered. You should put your query separately with all facts and people will respond

Dear TeamGroup HR,
I agree to most of your point but i ave doubt where you mentioned brilliance in work, consistent performance, academic qualification helps to climb a ladder but some companies do not work on it. I have come across a company that has decided not to give increment for 2013-2014 financial year. This is a completely demotivating factor to employees who put in hard work, extra effort.. Can you people suggest solution to this?

Hi Pooja
In the current year, due to financial conditions and the need to cut costs, many companies have decided to give zero increment throughout the company. It's not to a specific person but to all. In such a case, the fact that the employees still have a job is important. If they don't understand how serious the current situation is, then you have a problem

Dear All,
I am happy with the response which i received, i know i am emotional little bit but there are some major problems are happening in our day to day life which effects not immediately but for long term to some one who are part of our society. There are many Senior Managers and other managers who runs company very smartly, they keep care for company prospective view why don't they bother for other things, bad compliance, violation of policies and law, bribe activity, child labour, minimum wages, non submission of PF, ESI, Partiality, favoritism.
No one is perfect in this world than how this quote could be true "boss is always right"
If seniors have eager of respect than in my view respect comes from heart not from fear.
and i believe employee is part of company not a servant.

Kashyap
