when i go to update IP details , it says "IP locked for pehachan," what does it mean ???? how to update IP details , in this case.

I guess CB.NIXS is right, if the name or father name has been filled wrong at the time of registering the employee in ESIC portal for the very first time then it cant be changed by the employer in ESIC portal, the employer should submit the a written joint application on plan paper mentioning the correction which should signed by both the employer and the employee together.

Dear sir by mistake my initial not appear in esic card but i have bring that local esic office my documents.Local office Manager told me that one month after that intial as appear i have submitted my documents 30th june but till now not change my not appear my initial what about further action tell me.

Sir, appropriate Branch Office of ESIC to which the insured person is attached is the appropriate authority/office to make corrections etc. in names of insured persons, dependants, family members etc. Therefore, it is better to contact the said office. However, in case needful is not done by the Branch Office Manager, the issue can be raised either telephonically or through e-mail or personally with the Branch Officer of Benefit Branch at the appropriate Regional/Sub-Regional Office of ESIC.
