If any one resigns, generally Management asks him to give notice as per terms of his appoitment order or if he wishes to relieve early, he is asked to pay the short notice period payment. In this situation the concerned employee is willing to give notice, the management must accept the same or they want to relieve him immediately, he should be paid the compensation for the samr.

I confirm that in case of resignation the Company is not liable to pay any compensation and can release him anytime it deem fit subjected to the maximum of notice period.
