There are many ways/steps to motivate employees i.e
Organize management events as per situation & culture of your company:-
1. Games & sports :-
Slow cycle competition & cricket etc
2.Competition
(slogan/painting/quize competition on safety/productivity/quality and social, political & general knowledge etc)
3.Seminar for half an hour on Women Day/ Environment Day/Safety Day etc.
4. Any cultural programme & try to participant only workers/employees not out sider.
5.One week yoga/ meditation classes for half an hour etc
I have already organized & enjoyed these activities other than incentive schemes etc when I was GM(HR) in JBM Ltd, Omax etc, and created healthy & peaceful environment.
