Lot of confusion here so i would keep it short.
If you are with any organisation where you have faked experience then quit that organisation. If they catch you, then you will be in deep trouble.
If you go and tell them that you have cheated, then its upto them to pardon you or take action, I would recommend, dont take that chance.
Apply to any new organisation with clean slate. You seems to be a fresher in the industry, its good to correct your mistakes in early part of your career.
Trust me, bad karma hits you back...
