One employee joined the institution on consolidated salary of Rs.10000/- during 2015 and member of EPF and later his salary increased to 17000/- during Nov 2021 (but his service is purely on contractual basis yearly renewal by giving one day break). Can employee remove him from EFP membership please explain.
