Wonderful presentation, I must say especially for a Non-HR person like me. Its good to know the basics.
You have mentioned the sequence like this- Knowledge, Skills, Attributes or traits. Both from lateral thinking perspective and empirical examples, maybe it could be the other way around- attributes, skills, knowledge-
