hi...it can be a major issues for an organization coz if an employee will not properly concentrate in his work then the productivity/outcomes may go down....but for an employee its very important to work with his whole mind and heart not with the intention of looking here and there....no boundaries can be made for a single person in an org.. yup...can say if with the dress majority is having prob then a request can be made to the HR manager for a change of the dress code....rest ids upto the situation...and on the company....

women employees should dress modestly. Good dress code prevents sexual harrasment. It also preserves the respect on feminine gender. It is better not to protest against the traditions. It is not safe for a female employee to wear mini-dress nowadays.

I think you need to have as session with the employee who has this distraction .....the fact that he cannot concentarte itself is a proof that he notices the attires of the females in a derogatory manner and is thinking of it which eventually doesn't let him concentrate and work.
