Dear Kiran,
Just be firm in the duties assigned to you and refuse and say no to all the additional duties when it does not have anything to do with you. Ignore the shouts. Go to your boss and be frank by saying that you can do only things to your strength not beyond that.

Dear Kiran,
I am much older than you and may be that's why I find the lectures at YouTube - ‪Being Happy is Easier 1‬‏ interesting. May be if you listen to that you might get some ideas how to be happy, too.
Have a nice day.

Thanks to u all for the comments....really need to learn a lot from experienced people....
Actually, one twist happened suddenly....the day i posted my problem on this page, at the very next day my boss left for 10 days leave.....i had forgotten this since he had told me long time back
He did not come next day, that time i realized. So i got scared coz now i dont even have my immediate boss to protect me...
So I went to the person who is senior (designation-wise) to my boss and that Assisstant manager...............and told him about the scene...starting with sentence"I hv an issue to raise"...specifically highlighting that "she (A.M.) is not understanding my problems, n that she is not listening to me...I hv my daily tasks..i got to deal with them first, n later i can move on to xtra wrk"....I even gave him a solution that give me 4 volunteers just for 10 days, with each contributing 1 hr only for this wrk. He told me to prepare a document for ur requirement. I prepared and submitted. This was last scene. After that neither A.M. spoke with me nor I spoke to her. Even that head has not yet responded towards my requirement....
But anything can happen anytime i know....coz nobody has had the guts to speak against A.M....I hv taken a great risk...

Now....along with this, there are many reasons I hv bcm sick of office :-
I am doing 2 people work alone as my daily tasks
My scope of work is not defined. I m managing client requirements+technical work+clerical work with an unsatisfied salary
Sometimes it happens that i miss out on something, and the seniors comment me.."This was a common sense work"...Seriously i m getting de-motivated day by day. In fact such mistakes coulld have been made by any 2nd person .....coz when u deal with technicality you submerge so deep that u cant see anything other that that
At my home, I m telling that I want to put down my papers, so my mom says "first search other job and then quit this job"...
But notice period is 3 months. Now tell me which company will be ready to wait for me to complete 3 months here and join them??? She has one thing stuck in her mind that in interview (of other company), the HR will exploit this condition that i need a job coz i would not hv any 1 then
I m pissed. Suggest me something, please...............

Dear Kiran,
Please let us know if your salary were higher according to your expectation would you be happy to continue where you are?
Your mother is right; your negotiating power will be less when you are out of work. It will also be less if the employers sense that you want to quit your company badly. If any company wants you for your ability, then may be they will wait. Do you have a contract which says that the company also has to give you 3 months notice? If not, it's a unfair contract and the company can't force you. Kindly consult some lawyer.
Have a nice day.

Dear Kiran,
Rome was not built within night
First finish your assigned work
(by your boss)then find time to
do AM's work, for that you should not over work , a man's capacity is max 10hrs
build up the confidence that
you will be able to finish her task over a period of time
Never assume that you are doing all the work, it is almighty, who is the spirit behind each movement
Good luck
