The attandance format is not really good coz for every month we have to create new exl sheet n in year end how we will come to knw abt leave availed by employees cl,pl,ml etc. n wht is dis planned n unplanned leaves it's not a perfect phrase u should use cl,pl,ml,ab,hd.how to Carry forward earned leaves?:confused:

1. You are calculating absenteesim. Can't we calculate the days he was present and get it displayed and percentage calculated weekly and monthly.

hi, i suggest that for easier access to leaves availment tracking of each employees, ask your it personnel to make a database, just provide the details that is going to be included in the said database. that is what we are having now. easy to track each employees, how many remaining leaves.
