Dear member,
We are to deduct LWF contribution from the salary of each & every employee irrespective of the amount of gross salary. Thus if any, of the employee is getting more than Rs. 15000.00 per month then in that case also we are to deduct LWFC under the provisions of Punjab Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965 as applicable to the state of Haryana.
