Dear All,
need suggestions and advice.
Our company is a real estate company around 100 employees are there. Employees' data base, leave management, payroll etc. all we are doing in excel.. Here salary processing is taking too much time because so many things are manual entry only. so management told me to buy a software and learn the things and next month onwards you use the same. which software is good for our requirement - to avoid manual entries other than attendance and deductions. kindly give your advice and suggestions.

Hi Friends,
I want to know about the basic salary, can be reduced to Rs.6500 to cut the cost by doing adjustments in my salary structure without my consent.
I am working in a private company, engages in manufacturing and selling animal feed. I have joined the joined 4-5 months back and my basic salary is Rs.25000/-, earlier they were deducting my PF at the base of Rs.6500/-, Now with the new guideline of the central govt the ceiling of basic salary Rs.15000/-
Has company do the changes in my salary structure without prior information to the employee.
What is the right way to approach to the management or the option to choose to leave the organization.
