paternity leaves are not mendatory as per law. only central govt. employees are entitled for 15 days leave and 7 days leave are given to employees of deptt of personnel and traning.
the case is still pending when it comes to pvt sector. however if yours is an employee oriented company, you can provide a specifc number of paternity leaves.
