I am working as HR -Officer in a Korean Company,Chennai.Iwould like to know how to calculate salary, if contract owrker works on sunday and one comp.off will be given in the same week.(Should I Pay double wage for sunday work or (single pay)
& how to calculate OT for Company worker and Contract worker.
is there no time limit for staff in manufacturing Industry(I am working 10Hours/day and more)
