In the state of Haryana we are to deduct Labour Welfare Fund Contribution from the wages/salary of each & every employee irrespective of amount of wages. Whatever may be the wage we are to deduct LWFC, if he is drawing wages & he is on the rolls of the company on the last day of the month.

khola Sir, thank you for guidance. but a little confusion , as if an employee getting > 50 k , which type of benefits he will use through LWF share contributing by him.
