Out of that, I don't agree with that 9th one. That is
"
9. TALK TO OTHERS IN SHORT AND TO THE POINT/ WORK RELATED ONLY. .."
I strongly believe that this should not come under rule.
Moreover, it will be nice if you can put up these in the tone of 'suggestions to create a better working atmosphere' rather than making this mandatory rules.
