Earned salary means: The actual salary earned by the respective employees during the month; this includes working days, leave days, paid holidays, weekly offs, comp-offs, etc.
How can you consider fixed salary for the whole month if the workman is absent for 15 days without pay?

Mr. Suresh,
Are you sure about the calculation on Gross earned salary? Because one of my friends is saying that this calculation should be based on Gross Rate. Do you have any documentary proof for the same? Please share.

Dear Sir,
Please help us regarding LWF. As per notification, LWF is deducted on gross salary at 0.2% and a maximum of Rs. 25.
For example:
- Ram's salary for the month of May 2019: 31 days @ Rs. 12,500 * 0.2% = Rs. 25
- Ram's salary for the month of June 2019: 15 days @ Rs. 6,250 * 0.2% = Rs. 12
However, the Labour Department of Haryana automatically updates the contribution the same in every month. Could you please suggest how to update the contribution as per the salary/wages sheet?
Thank you.
