Docks & Ports are falling under Central Jurisdiction, M.W. Act, 1948 (Central) Copy attached.
However, Trailer Driver you may show under Skilled category or atleast Semi-skilled.
Docks & Ports you will not find as Scheduled Industry in Maharashtra State. Hence you may apply MW of Residuary Factories (Sr. No.20).
