It is observed that a no. of CiteHR members are demanding forms from Mr. Suresh on their emails without examining the status of their appropriate Govt. Plz see that these formats are to be utilised by the units in whose case the appropriate Govt. is Central Govt. & are covered under the Payment of Wages Act, 1936. We are to see the applicable State Payment of Wages Rules for this matter.
