We work in the chemical industry, and recently there has been a revision in the minimum wage to Rs. 10,510 per month. We are unsure about the breakdown of the Basic and VDA amounts, and we also have questions regarding the calculation of PF contributions after the change in the minimum wage.

Our company is in Hyderabad. We operate in other states such as Chennai, Bangalore, Noida, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, and Kolkata. Normally, our workers go to various places to install work. Should we consider the minimum wages of Hyderabad in this scenario? This issue arises when we submit wage registers for a specific project, for workers who have worked on that project for a few days in a particular month.
