Hi I have a pf account for which I have applied for withdrawal but however the claim was not processed as there a compliance issue that is the coverage should be 2011 and the coverage started in Dec 2015 and the company had paid the admin charges for the differential year and also it was informed to me by the compliance department of pf office that there were some employees in differential year who were eligible for pf scheme but the company has not made the required contribution from employee and employers end. The pf department is now holding the settlement and conveying that they have handed over the case to the enforcement officer and are waiting for his report which will be submitted after necessary inspection of the organisation. Would request you to suggest me a way out to get the pf amount settled and also if lodge a case against my employer and pf office in the labor court.
