Well this case evidently says how bad practice, work style and process the employer have actually because without proper background verification (if they having a "Background Verification System") they must have not offered the appointment letter or hire any candidate.

And if employer really have found anything wrong with the provided educational details/documents by the candidate in any case or anything which failed the authentication, they deserve the rights to take actions against employee by supplying the details to employee/candidate professionally to set an example for others too.

They must have issued you a Termination Letter but they failed to do so and they are wrong at this point.

Second, if you are not wrong at your end (like Mr Rangarajan said, that it is only you who knows about you and your case here) and as they have not issued "Termination Letter" with necessarily details and reasons of it, you must try to obtain the same.

I would suggest you to write another letter to the HR Head/ General Manager with complete details and enclosing the email communication and other you have had, and request them to provide the details of what cause you termination. Also need to mentioned the name of personnel who attended your interview or finalized the all things. (Post it by registered AD)

Note: there is no need to write directly to the CEO or the same rank authority but to the HR Head/ Manager only as they are the right and concerned authority.

And if they failed to reply you, you must file an application to the local/regional Labour Commissioner/ Inspector by sharing all the details and referring the appointment letter offered you by employer by CC to your employer. You can also visit them personally by carrying all the original educational documents and work details.

Lastly, you must not loose hope and your confidence but to move ahead, likes Mr Sachin said above. This was not the only job that you could have and can get many good jobs. But one thing I certainly would say that the actions to take against the employer or to solve your problem suggested above, can be secondary because to get a good job is most important for you now me believe.
