I am supposed to do a presentation on Telephone Etiqutte, and was in the middle of preparation, and was lucky to get through to your presentation. It is nice. I think, it would be really nice, if we include few things as well (which I am doing it for my presentation)
1. Introducing the Communication Framework (Sender - Receiver - Medium, and where telephone belongs to)
2. Importance of Telephone
(the role of telephone in biz, the growth of usage (apprx 95% of biz transactions happens thru phone and more than 100million biz calls are made each day), and how important it has become in biz, the outcome if its misused etc This is to make sure the participant understand the importance
3. Then the techniques, which you have covered comprehensively.
These are few thoughts from me.
