Hi,

I accept your concern as well as of your parents but you also knows how important this job is for you. Parents always be parents and care for children like they were doing in past years and today ....

I appreciate and respect your decision that you dont want to go against your parents but you must not forget that there are many girls who are living in Delhi NCR from others states and cities, and if they all start saying that Delhi is not safe, they must not come here for work or anything, than I believe you can understand what will happen (Which is not possible).

Third, your employer who are providing you this opportunity certainly have agreed on providing cab facilities to you and other selected (Female) candidates, and this will help commuting from office to PG/Hostel or the place you gonna stay safely na..

My wife and I, both are from Chandigarh and living in Gurgaon, also my cousin sisters are here. We have many (female) friends, people in our knowledge who are living in Delhi (Gurgaon) from Punjab, West Haryana, and South India. We understand well what is right and wrong for us socially and professionally.

Well, your decision is totally yours but if you feel this opportunity is good and give you a good state to start your professional life and things to learn, you can think over this decision again and convince your parents.

Lastly, there is nothing you cant go back to your town. When you feel you have earned a good experience and knowledge, you can start searching a job in your own town and you can have too ..

I just wanted to say that you have to take your wise decision., rest Pune is a very good city and have good career options. You can a good job there too and my and community best wishes are with you.
