    This is very informative, and I wish to add the following while formulating HR policies. Some organizations consider the following as optional or additional:

    1.0 Exposure to packages like Peoplesoft.
    2.0 Safety, Environment, Health, and Community aspects.
    3.0 Quality Systems like SA 8000, OHSAS, etc.

    As pointed out previously, several additions keep coming once you start.
