I am Hari, working as an Assistant Manager - P&A in the Manufacturing Industry in Patanchery. I require the latest Minimum wages list under the Factories Act, and I need some help regarding the minimum wages amount that has to be paid to the contract workers.

Currently, there are strikes taking place in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana regarding the minimum wage requirements. The workers are requesting a minimum salary of 14,000/-. Is this minimum salary applicable to all employees working under minimum wage conditions, such as Lower Division Clerks (LDCs), Upper Division Clerks (UDCs), Managers, and other technical and non-technical workers in various sectors like hotels, hospitals, colleges, and industries?
