Such a good article to make ourselves aware about the difference between talking and communicating. I have heard a quote that "IF THE WORK IS COMMUNICATED PROPERLY ITS HALF DONE"........
What most of us do is, we will only tell what's in our mind and will be hasty to do things most of the time. We always try to influence people but fail to listen them. Only after listening we will know about unique nature of different persons. Another barrier to our communication is EGO....

Really Appreciate your input here, A Well structured approach to write. I use this quite often and no doubt its successful way of putting thoughts together. Its also very important to pen down your thoughts as soon as they appear, as they disappear quite soon sometimes.
