Hi Seniors,
At first, Mr/Ms A.K.Arora's 'Confrontation' word was not appropriate. I admit. The correct word is 'Asked.' My parents then recalled their memory and remembered the fact about their marriage date. Please don't misunderstand me; I did not have any fight with my parents. Even they are equally worried since last month when I found those papers, and I showed them those papers. I should rather say they are more worried than me.
My next clarification: Why is that issue making me so worried? Because in all premier organizations, there are age limits for each and every position. Hence, because of that reason, I have lost many opportunities and will keep losing in the future. In short, I'm paying for someone else's mistake. Give me a good reason why I should pay that price?
My life would not change on that ground, sir, if organizations make changes in their rigid rules. I know my DOB does not make any difference in my parents' life, but at the same time, it does when they hear about all these rigid company policies.
At last, I'm discussing a very serious and professional matter on this site. Now the problem is that it's a personal issue too. But sir, we don't know each other, and probably you would never see me in your life. That's why after my parents, I discussed that issue on this forum, and with your suggestions, my parents started discussing that issue with an advocate.
