Hi Mayur. Your new employer will take care of transferring PF from the old account to the new account. The new employer will send a covering letter with Form 13 to the old employer, and they will submit it to the PF department with relevant documents like Form 5 & 10 and Form 3A.

2. Form-10C
Documents required to be enclosed are:
1. Form-5
2. Form-10
3. Form-3A
4. One cancelled blank cheque duly signed by the member
Forms and documents should be duly sealed and signed by the employer.

I worked for 4 years in one company, and after that, I resigned from this company. After three years, I rejoined this company. At that time, I asked for my previous PF status. The company advised me to transfer my PF to a new account. I filled out the transfer form and received submission details. Now, I have resigned again, and I want to withdraw my PF. I filled the transfer form in the F.Y. 2010-2011, and now F.Y. 2011-2012 is complete, but my PF still hasn't been transferred. What should I do?
