The concern is we are degrading into the level of materialistic job work depending on the job portals, yes this is not the fault of HR but of the time factor, money and limited interest.
How many HR in the any organization would interact with their employees about the requirement. It would be very few, as the interest shown from the employees would also be very low. Yes if it fetch them with compensation.
