Well saba ..... you have said that earlier she was very nice to you and now she is not good to you... how it is possible ... either she has some probs with you on any issues or she is not happy with your work which you have done earlier to her and now you are not performing the same..
In your case try to speak with her and find out what is her problem, ask her that is that any wrong work in have done which you did not like.. tell her that i really feel sorry for the mistake..
Asking sorry will not make you small, but you will fine the reason for the issue and clear it as soon as possible else it will lead to big issue
As an HR always remember we need to be always keep personal touch with the team in one hand and on the other hand we need to be professional too with them.... both personal and professional for all the HR goes hand in hand...
