Dear Sir,
We have appointed contractor, his wages bifurcation is as under.
If worker wages is 250 per day he bifurcate the amount as under
Basic Minimum wages Rs.194.50
Conveyance, 50% of balance amount Rs.027.75
Adhoc amount, 50% -Do Rs.027.75
As per PF rules is it ok. or I have to asked him to deduct pf on complete amount ?
Your advice in the matter is highly appreciated.
