Hi Tanya,
First of all you go to your office & request them. If they are not interested to pay your salary then directly approach the labour court. Definetly you gonna get your salary back.

If you dont have any copy of the cheque, did you noted down the cheque Number and the bank branch from where it was issued?? I am asking so because, if you have any of such detail, it can help you in great extent in case you opt for some legal action against your company...

Dear Tanya, pls tell me what is mentioned in your appointment letter
1) Is there is mentioned in your appointment letter that there is six month probation period
2) Is there is any clause mentioned in your letter.
3) According to rule if you resign youself you have to give one month prior notice or if company discontinue your job immidiately they compensate one month salary in advance after confermation
4) After probation period, if your work is not satisfactory company will discontinue your job by giving or not giving you a prior notice.
pls specify clearly why they are not paying two month salary. pls let me know accurte reason.

Dear tanya, its happened generally in recruitment firms/conslt. If u went on leave with prior permission. Then how can they terminate u ! Its exploitation but it happens in recruitment. Dont waste yr time in calling as u wrote no response from emplr. Speak directly to emplr abt yr salary as u served & spent yr time. They shouldnt rescue. If they ll not ready to pay then warne them u ll go for legal. At the end see tht what happened to others who failed to hit target. Regards,

Hello Tanya Negi,
While many of the members have been trying to suggest you various ways to resolve the issue @ hand, you still seem NOT to have clarified the query I raised earlier in the discussion--repeating below for your ready reference.

--------------------------------------------------------------------
You also mentioned in response to Bharathi's query that "......in fact none of the employee achieved" w.r.t. the Targets. Pl confirm how many employees were terminated--including or excluding you? And what is the 'number' of employees you are referring to?
--------------------------------------------------------------------

Alos, pl confirm if you were the only one whose salary was stopped or were there others?

I get a feeling that there's something more to the issue than just what you mentioned--no Employer takes back the salary after issuing a cheque WITHOUT A STRONG reason, from their perspective, i.e.. WHAT HAPPENED between the 2 timeframes? I can see quite a few POSSIBILITIES.

Unless you give the OVERALL picture to the members, you won't get a practical & realistic solution to your problem. And whatever is suggested based on half-baked inputs or partial-inputs, will invariably turn out to be inaccurate & inadequate to resolve your problem. And the consequential conclusion that MAY come from your end could be: no one in this Forum helped me.

Rgds,
TS

Dear Tanya,
Greetings for the day,
It is really unfortunate that what is happened with you. However is meeting the target is another issue, but in that case the incentives can only be stopped but the fixed salary should be paid to you, i suggest you to once again approach the management through correspondence also mark the copy of the same to concern labour dept., they will certainly help you.
Thanks & Regards,

Tanya. just go to labour office and file complain. you will get your money.
in Bandra (west) near one lake/garden, one small court is there. go there. those who are not earning, they help them without charge. you can file complain with them and they will call your employer to pay your money.
