Dear Guys,

Please do not proceed further. It's easy to ask/post a question, but difficult to understand the scenario proportional to any organization. We all can submit our suggestions/views/opinions to help the company in identifying:

1) the areas wherever UNNECESSARY EXPENDITURE can be brought under control - COST-CUTTING MEASURES, FUNDS OPTIMIZATION

2) How various Revenue Generating Units can be fine-tuned to enhance REVENUE GENERATION.

3) Identifying new ways for GENERATING REVENUE and much more...

4) How to correlate EMPLOYEE PRODUCTIVITY with ORGANIZATIONAL PRODUCTIVITY resulting in ENHANCEMENT IN REVENUE GENERATED/PROFITS

A) Let's understand the ROLE OF HR in any ORGANIZATION.

B) REVENUE GENERATION & FUNDS OPTIMIZATION - is a part of HR DEPARTMENT? If it is, then to what extent or should it be TARGET-BASED. Without AUTHORITY, it's very difficult to get things done...ONE OF THE MAJOR REASONS FOR ORGANIZATIONAL (Management) FAILURE.

C) What is the ROLE of TOP MANAGEMENT in any ORGANIZATION? To what extent is TOP MANAGEMENT relying on HR DEPARTMENT when it comes to REVENUE GENERATION?

D) Did the FINANCE DEPARTMENT submit their report on FUNDS OPTIMIZATION highlighting UNNECESSARY EXPENDITURE at various levels?

ALL DEPARTMENTS can support the REVENUE GENERATION PROCESS, but what's the big deal if the OWNER or SHARE/STAKEHOLDERS are held responsible for the LOSS. Their interest matters a lot for organizational growth...

EMPLOYEES ARE EMPLOYEES ONLY, AND NOTHING CAN BE DONE WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE OWNER OR STAKE/SHAREHOLDERS...

I can provide the best example. Kindly study KHAJA EDUCATION SOCIETY's, GULBARGA - OPERATIONAL STRATEGIES. You will come to know who is held responsible for incurring LOSS. There are numerous organizations that were doing well at one time, now they don't even exist... You all can imagine... "what went wrong and who is held responsible."

Dear Mr. Paerlin2010,

If your boss (should the owner) can listen to your suggestions, then you will succeed in your mission; else, don't worry too much...

With profound regards

From India, Chennai
