GCC have common set of rules on Visa. Check with your employer, don’t hide the information. Otherwise they create a hell a lot of problems. Pon

Hi, my dear sir,
I came back to India from UAE three years ago for my marriage, and since then, I have not returned to UAE. My question is how can I cancel my visa? My boss has passed away, and my company no longer exists. I asked my GM to cancel my visa, but he did not agree to it. I informed him that if he needed my passport, I could send it to him, but he did not reply. So, my question is can I go to Oman without cancelling my visa in the UAE? My friends say that the laws in Oman and the UAE are the same, and without cancelling my UAE visa, I cannot go to Oman. Is this true? Please advise me.

Please advise me. I left the U.A.E. in 2011 for my annual vacation, but due to some family reasons, I didn't return to the U.A.E. Now, I would like to cancel from India through the U.A.E. embassy. Is it possible, and how long will it take?
