Dear Manu,
In which kind of industry are you working? Because training topics vary greatly from one industry to another. If you tell me about your nature of the industry, then I will send you all the details.

Hi,
For supervisors, there are many topics for them. First, you need to identify what is required. Many times, it happens that supervisors need training on communication, but the company is providing training on QC tools, which is a waste of time and money. First, identify the training needed. Supervisors are directly in touch with workers. You can provide training on:
- Motivation Skills
- Positive Attitude
- Shop Floor Management
- Effective Leadership
- Communication Skills
- Supervisor Responsibilities

Here, I am attached Training on Process Improvement. It includes basic roles & responsibilities of a supervisor, as well as information about the quality system. If you are a trainer, then mix up the soft skill part with some production-related content so that participants can be more engaged. Please find the attachment. Regards, Sam

Hi,
I was just reading through this thread. Sam, I really appreciate your patience in answering Manu's queries. Just one suggestion to Manu - I am aware that this comment is uncalled for, but couldn't resist writing. :)
Dear Manu, if someone is leading you towards a solution to anything, don't squeeze them so hard that they won't respond back next time you have a query! Please find out some things on your own as well. There will be a lot of material on CiteHR and on Google as well. Please research, and you shall get what you need. Spoonfeeding won't help you always! Just a suggestion. Apologies if this hurts, but this is a lesson I learned the hard way!
Have a good day! Cheers!
