I like it Khadir...and don't worry we both are very cheerful and with good sense of humour...but as the senior members sometimes we have to curtail some activities which are unprofessional to the core. It goes with the job........
Rest assured we treat each member on the forum as our team members...and various personalities require different kind of treatment...:)

Dear Ms. Archna
I agree with you and apologize if i had exceeded my limits. At times, its very difficult to make some one understand the basic thing though he is educated, civilized and much more.
IF YOU MUST BE ANGRY, THEN FIRST: BE ANGRY
1. With the right person
2. To the right degree
3. @ the right time
4. For the right purpose
5. In the right way
I assure you my best for this community. I want everyone to think positive...ultimately the outcome will be positive. It helps to control our anger and keep our brain under control..................ITS PROVEN...
I AM SURE I WILL MAKE EVERYONE(CITEHR MEMBER) TO THINK POSITIVE......ITS GOING TO BE A BIG CHALLENGE FOR ME AND I WILL SUCCEED AS I LOVE TO ACCEPT CHALLENGING ROLES.

Dear Khadir,
Your contribution helped us learn about the HR Practices from that part of the world. Academic teaches us about the plan of action ie, 'what to do' . 'What not do' can come only with experience. On the top , experts like you who have spent so much of your time there help us learn, 'what should be done'.

Dear Ms. (Cite Contribution),
I sincerely appreciate your views about HR PRACTICES and ACADEMICS. A True professional will have a clear picture about COMPLETE ACTION PLAN which should clearly explain
1) WHAT TO DO,
2) WHAT NOT TO &
3) WHAT SHOULD BE DONE if there is NO SCOPE for WHAT TO DO.

STEP 3 is a BACKUP and LAST OPTION which will be triggered only after experiencing STEP 1 & 2 PRACTICALLY.

Many are focusing only on WHAT TO DO & WHAT NOT TO DO. Henceforth they are lacking LEADERSHIP SKILLS where they don't "THINK OUT OF THE BOX or DARE TO DREAM BIG & ACHIEVE BIG". One has to travel a EXTRAL MILE to achieve something as desired or visualized.

a) I am not an EXPERT.

b) If i consider myself an expert then there won't be anything left behind for me to learn.

c) "I believe in ACQUIRING KNOWLEDGE THAT CAN SUPPORT MY EXISTING KNOWLEDGE ELSE HOW CAN I ASSURE MYSELF THAT WHATEVER I HAD LEARNED IS TRUE"

This SITE is BEST EXAMPLE for TEAM BUILDING where professionals/experts like you provided us INPUTS, played the role of an ACADEMICIAN and made us to share our PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE while utilizing your & other members SUGGESTIONS/VIEWS/INPUTS.

ITS A PERFECT EXAMPLE for SYNERGY and SYNCHRONIZATION, where we all are working towards COMMON GOAL.

I define TEAM as
"GROUP of TALENTED INDIVIDUALS working TOGETHER, UNITEDLY with HIGH LEVEL of MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING to ACHIEVE a COMMON GOAL"

We had all successfully created PERFECT E-LEARNING PORTAL

Congratulations to all of us..............

Dear Lakshmi Ganapathy,

Glad to know that you are employed in UAE.

Everyone on this earth, thinks always positive unless circumstances/situations makes us speak bitter facts, henceforth they sound NEGATIVE. I do understand that, there are group of people who don't value FACTS/TRUTH.

Let me share my experience with you. Since i am engaged into training activities, i love doing ANALYSIS on BEHAVIOR & ATTITUDE. I had studied the impact on EMPLOYEES 1)FACTS ARE OUTSPOKEN & 2)PRESENTING INFORMAL(NEGATIVE) MESSAGE AS FORMAL(POSITIVE).

OUTCOME:

A) Those employees who are MATURED(applied COMMON SENSE/LOGIC in their THOUGHT PROCESS) understood "TRUE MEANING" of the message conveyed irrespective of its STATUS(NEGATIVE OR POSITIVE).

B) On the other hand, employees who haven't applied COMMON SENSE/LOGIC, NOT ANALYTICAL/CALCULATIVE, LACK OF BETTER PERCEPTION SKILLS etc., reacted immediately or lets say they got DEMOTIVATED. The major reason for getting DEMOTIVATED is, "THEY FAILED TO INTERPRET THE TRUE MEANING AND ACCEPT FACTS"

Whatever we FEEL(feelings) is a STATE OF MIND. Even if i feel or receive something NEGATIVE as POSITIVE, its an ability to interpret messages/information but we forget that NEGATIVE REMAINS NEGATIVE and POSITIVE REMAINS POSITIVES unless "the whole thing is not RECTIFIED/CORRECTED".

We should learn to accept FACTS and live our life accordingly. Ofcourse TRUTH always taste bitter and many find difficult, to even digest it. Never allow NEGATIVE MESSAGES/FEELING to ATTACK your BRAIN. If you do so, then you are INCAPABLE PERSONALITY. We should develop an ability to RULE/COMMAND OUR BRAIN rather allowing him to RULE OUR LIFE.

We cannot leave everything to GOD as he said "First, help yourself to receive help from me". We need to work SMART for our BETTER FUTURE. A. P. J. ABDUL KALAM, the great personality said "We cannot change this world but, we can change our habits. Our habits will help to change ourselves, that can change the world"

Have a wonderful life.

With profound regards
