Dear Vaishalee, You have to work for Passion and not just for working. Get trained for the Weaknesses and then Register in some good Jobsite as Naukri or Times Jobs. You will certainly get. IJR

Hi,
I too was in a similar boat in which you are now sailing, then I got myself trained in core HR and payroll in Pune itself. The result is amazing.
If you want further information, kindly contact me via email at rao.ragvendra@rediffmail.com.

The person never gets tired or bored if he works with passion. If a person works without any purpose, they will get tired and bored in due course.
Experience is a good teacher that teaches everything in our life.

Dear Mr. Rao,
I am sending you an email. I would like to quote one thing: there is no harm and it is never too late to find your area of interest at a later stage. It only matters how much hard work you are putting in to follow your desire. "Where there is a will, there is a way."
Thanks again,
Vaishalee Parkhi

Dear Vaishalee,
Let me explain my case here. I am an ex-serviceman. I spent 19 years and 3 months in the IAF (Qualification: Inter). Afterwards, I joined the Construction Industry as an IR Executive (Qualification: MA(Eco), B.Com, BGL, LLB, PGDPM&IR). Currently, I am interested in shifting to the Manufacturing Industry where the IR scope is believed to be better compared to the construction field. I am hopeful that I will succeed. I have posted my resume on Naukri.com.
If you try, you can also achieve. As attitude sets the altitude, think big, have a positive attitude, and proceed with confidence. You will achieve. We are all born to succeed in our respective fields.
Wishing you all the best.
With warm regards,
S. Bhaskar
