OTOH, that does not take away from the Moral of the Story - sometimes hard decisions of letting go what seems essential to you for survival itself have to be made. Very few species do it deliberately - it seems to be genetic - look at the caterpillar for example.

Change is inevitable but very few in the corporate world are self-aware about the inevitability of change and adapt themselves to it but a great majority do not move out of their present position in which they find comfort and resist.To be a change a gent is a challenging assignment.
