Hi Garima,

Your problem is how to approach colleges and institutions. The solution is that there are some organizations that work as intermediaries on a commission basis and help you find clients (colleges/institutions) for conducting workshops. They manage everything from workshop venues, schedules, dates, to timing, etc.

Generally, they charge a 40-50% commission. For example, for a 3-hour/one-day session, if they charge the client Rs. 10,000, their share could be Rs. 5,000 or less. Despite the commission, it is still beneficial for you.

Neha

Dear Hemant Dev,

You need to start with a training needs analysis. Make an inventory of all weaknesses/challenges to enhance productivity, communication, team spirit, safety, health, etc. List areas where you consider capacity building is needed. Establish a plan of actions, taking into consideration the linkages among areas, and move forward from here.
